AI-Powered Business Automation SaaS
The automation layer of the connected suite: when something happens in one product, the right people are told and the right systems are called, automatically.
The automation layer that connects your products: pick an event, add conditions, choose the action, and let the platform do the follow-up, with a record of every run and an AI assistant that answers from your own data.

Business Automation
The Problem It Solves
When products work side by side, the connections between them are people. Someone has to notice the new lead, remember the paid invoice and tell the right team, and when they forget, work stalls.
Hand-offs that rely on memory
Telling sales about a new enquiry or finance about a payment depends on someone passing it on.
Products that do not talk to each other
An event in one tool means nothing to the next without manual re-entry.
No record of what happened
When a follow-up was missed, nobody can say what was sent or what failed.
Your own tools left out
Systems outside the platform have no clean way to hear about events inside it.
Setup that needs a project
Getting a business onto software takes outside help, forms and waiting.
Without it, and with it
The same everyday work, before and after.
Without it
A new lead waits until someone tells the sales team.
With it
An automation notifies everyone with the CRM manager role as the lead is created.
Without it
Finance finds out about a payment when someone remembers to mention it.
With it
An email with the invoice details goes out when the invoice is paid.
Without it
Nobody can tell whether a follow-up was sent.
With it
The run history shows each run and the result of every action.
Without it
Your own systems learn about events by hand or not at all.
With it
A signed webhook tells them as it happens.
What it does
Business Automation is how the products work together instead of side by side. A Super Admin builds rules in the Workspace: choose an event from the products your company uses, narrow it with conditions, and decide what happens next. Actions can send an email, notify a person or everyone with a role, or call a signed webhook so your own systems can react.
Start from a ready-made template or build from scratch, send a test with sample values before turning a rule on, and open the run history to see what fired and what each action did. Around the rules sit the pieces that make a connected company work: one sign-in and role model across every product, search across your records, a notifications bell, an activity trail, CSV import, and an assistant that answers questions from your own data.
A company starts by registering itself, goes through the Workspace set-up, and then manages its plan, trial and billing itself. Each company's data and automations are kept separate from every other company's.
Primary purpose
Remove routine hand-offs between teams and products by letting events trigger the right follow-up on rules the company controls.
Product tour
A preview of the interface with sample data. Select a screen, then hover or tap the markers.
Create your own automated workspace
Register your company and set up Business Automation with the rest of the platform: one sign-in, shared roles and automations that connect your work.
Key features
What you can do with it, day to day.
Automations on company events
Trigger a rule from a new or changed lead, client, project, task, invoice, employee or leave request.
Conditions
Run only when the event matches, for example a lead of a certain type or an invoice above an amount you choose.
Three kinds of action
Send an email, send an in-app notification to a person or everyone with a role, or call a webhook. One rule can have up to five actions.
Message templates
Fill subjects and messages with values from the event, such as the customer name or invoice number.
Ready-made templates
Start from templates such as notifying sales about a new lead or emailing finance when an invoice is paid.
Send a test
Try an automation with sample values before it reacts to real events.
Run history
See each run with its result and the outcome of every action, so a failed email or webhook is never silent.
Signed webhooks
Each webhook request is signed so your own system can check it came from your workspace. Delivery goes to public https addresses only.
Activity and audit trail
One place for who did what and when, across the products.
Notifications bell
Alerts from automations and the products land in one bell.
Search and import
Find records across products with one search box, and bring existing data in from CSV with a preview first.
Self-serve company set-up
Register your company, follow the Workspace set-up, and manage your plan, trial and billing yourself.
AI capabilities
What the AI does in and around this product — concretely.
Ask about your business
Ask a question in plain language. The assistant uses read-only tools to fetch headline figures, search records and read recent activity, with the permissions of the person asking. It cannot change data.
AI Intelligence for deeper questions
Ask questions that span clients, projects, invoices and more, and get a table or chart built from the real results.
Automations as the hands
Where you want action rather than an answer, automations turn events into emails, notifications and webhooks on rules you control.
Automation & workflows
How work moves from start to finish without hand-offs and re-typing.
